Here's how it works:

1.      The item must be identical (basically, it is exactly the same), brand new (we do not Price Match used, altered or damaged items) and currently available (in stock) in the same style, size, quantity, and color that is in stock at Paris’ Boutique.

2.      If a web site or store, it cannot be an auction site, paid membership club, eBay Express, overstocked re-seller sites (Overstock.com), competitor's price that results from a price match, local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary, going out of business or liquidation sales), non-retail(wholesale) websites, private sales, special orders, free offers, limited quantity items, clearance sales, mail in rebate offers. We don’t price match taxes and typographical errors.

3.      If a web site or store, it must be a legitimate store located in the United States with full customer service and can return phone calls. The competing retailer must be an authorized US retailer for the brand. This means that the manufacturer lists this dealer as an authorized and official retail store or web site. If you are unsure of whether you are dealing with an authorized retailer, contact the manufacturer. As a result of being an authorized distributor for the products we sell, we are able to give you a full warranty on the products we sell. Many "e-shops" are not authorized by the manufacturer to sell the products and as such you have no warranty, even with the manufacturer. When you see an ultra-low price on items, you need to verify that the manufacturer has even heard of the company you are dealing with, let alone authorized it to sell the product.

4.      Taxes (if any) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be included when calculating the price difference.

5.      Paris’ Boutique reserves the right to not offer Price Match if we will be losing money on the purchase.

6.      We will also match most major competitor's coupons at the time of purchase.

Here are the easy steps to receive your refund:

·         You must provide us with a comparison of the price difference (the published web page address or store information where the competing offer is advertised), we then will verify the information, and once verified, give you a refund or discount equal to 110% of the difference. The offer is not valid unless information can be verified by Paris’ Boutique.**

·         We are currently not able to process your request over the phone or online. While that lower price is still in effect, you must visit the store to receive your refund.

·         Please note that this offer is valid at the time of purchase and for 7 days after you make your purchase (YES! The 8^th day is too late!). The proof of competitor’s lower price must be dated as such.

·         This offer applies to a maximum of two (2) items of any particular style per customer. We reserve the right to further limit quantities.

*Paris’ Boutique will always match a competitor's non-clearance price at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your purchase. A clearance price is considered 26% or more off the original price. We will match clearance prices at our discretion only. Coupons may not be mixed and matched with price matches. If a coupon alone takes more than 30% off of the price, the coupon is matched at our discretion only.
